Klondike
Klondike is a technique which combines concept/benefit (or 'claim') research with the ability to rate claims against existing market offerings and segment respondents into 'need' and 'benefit' clusters.
A standard questionare and analysis protocol has been developed, however the sample of respondents is designed with the client.
The opportunity also exists for the client to add questions directly related to the product field or target market. |

Arena
'Arena' is the assessment of an event or activity such as a major cultural or sporting event, conference or training exercise.
Evaluation can be at one, or more, of each of the following stages: Pre Event, During Event and Post Event
The 'Pre' and 'Post' event assessments are made by sending delegates self completion questionares via email.
The 'During Event' assesment is by hand-held keypads with questions linked to individual speaker presentations. Data is compatible with that collected pre and post.
We use, and recommend, Turning Point for real-time assessments which can be made during a
conference, workshop, training session or similar event.
Attain Insight can run this for you or training can be given on the software; the hardware
can be bought or rented.
